Skip the shampoo. Come with your hair and scalp without heavy products, oils, or shampoo for at least 24 hours before your appointment. This helps our specialists see and treat your scalp clearly.
Complete your intake forms prior to your appointments, and arrive a few minutes early. We'll have everything ready for you. Rushing in affects how quickly you can settle into the experience.
Wear something you're comfortable in. Your head will be the focus, so a loose collar or top makes things easier.
Leave the outside world at the door. This time is yours.
